5 out of 5 stars Great camera bag   July 14, 2010
This is a great back pack, easily held my Nikon D5000, extra lens, Canon FS100 video camera, extra memory cards, and chargers. Also the padded pocket held my 14 inch notebook with space to spare for a book. The upper portion held my sunglasses, ipod and other small items with ease. Took bag on 2 week bus tour used multiple times each day with out any problems, bag held up great

Pros: Bag holds equipment nicely, can adjust dividers in the camera portions for different size equipment.
- Nice size not bulky, easy to wear, good straps and padding.
-Can get to camera from side pocket do not have to worry about other items falling out
-Flat bottom on bag keeps bag upright
-Solid construction, zippers smooth, good padding

Cons: When fully loaded including the notebook computer bag is heavy, carrying it all day is a chore. (the bag itself is light)

For my needs this bag was great, I ended up not taking the computer on all day trips and this made carrying the bag all day a breeze. Bag has very nice padding on the straps and back of the pack it is comfortable to wear. I would recommend this to anyone who does not carry more than a few extra lens, it might not be able to carry more than 2 extra lens.

5 out of 5 stars Great Backpack!   July 12, 2010
Being a college student and a photographer can get a little tough at times. Luckily with this backpack I can store my tablet laptop and all my camera gear all in the same pack for my art classes I'm taking. Its also very useful on walks or hikes and is very comfortable especially with the waste belt. It also has lots of room for all of my cameras accessories including my T1i with my 18-55mm lens, my 50m lens, 55-250mm, and also my 10-22mm wide angle lens. Also it has lots of room up top for my cables and filters and also my lens hoods that i carry as well. I would highly recommend this bag for someone to save space or for someone doing some walk around photography!!

4 out of 5 stars Good enough, but not great   June 27, 2010
It is fairly light and comfortable, but as mentioned in other reviews the laptop space is too tight; my laptop has a 9 cell battery so it is very tight to fit in. It is probably good for a 13" laptop or a netbook. There is space for the camera and an extra lens. The other pockets are too small to put any other lenses so I use them for the charger and filters that I don't use very often. Taking the camera out fast is easy, but to get the additional lens out, you have to put the bag on the ground to open it. It is not as easy to flip the bag to the front as their video shows (especially with a laptop in the bag). The quality is good. One important thing it is missing is a rain cover.

I paid $99 for it. I think it is too much for a backpack, but I am generally happy with it (compared to my Dell backpack that I used to use before)

4 out of 5 stars Need a Mono pod holder   June 22, 2010
My only comment is that it needs a mono pod holder. Love the back otherwise. Great Bad. Holds big lens (when attached to the camera). Room for my laptop in back slot which is main reason I purchased this bad. I can get on plane with one bag and and have everything with me.

4 out of 5 stars Here's what's in mine...   June 14, 2010
I need a bag that will take a DSLR kit and a laptop and still travel comfortably on planes and in cars. This is what I have put in without it bulging or struggling with zippers;

Canon EOS 7D with 35mm f/1.4 L
Canon 70-200 f/4 L
Canon 17-40 f/4 L
Canon 430EX Flash
Canon battery charger
Lens Hoods for all 3 Lenses
Tamrac filter case with 3 filters
CF Card in Case
Bogen-Manfrotto Super Clamp
Manfrotto car window pod
Bogen Mini Ball Head
Garmin Nuvi 275T in protective case
Garmin dash mount
Garmin power cord
Nokia cell phone
iPod Touch in protective case
Griffin AC/USB charger
Dell Inspiron 600M laptop

At this point the bag weighs about 22 lbs. Like others, I miss a weatherproof cover and also the LCD protector flap on the interior. Overall, though it has allowed me to consolidate travel gear nicely and seems well built. The ability to fish my DSLR out of the side flap (similar to the Lowe Pro Sling product) is very useful.
